Back again!
Hurricane Sandy has not managed to dampen my spirits: indeed, she gave me the day off, which allowed me to not only catch up on my writing (DAMN YOU, HEAVY WORKLOAD & HALLOWEEN WORK CELEBRATIONS THAT KEEP ME FROM WRITING!) but to get a bit ahead. I might even try to get tomorrow's writing done tonight so that tomorrow (another day off) I may focus on my statement of purpose for the Bennett Fellowship! Yeah, that's right...I'm gonna apply. Again.
Haters gonna hate!
In other news, I am nearing the downward slope towards my story's inevitable, painful end. I have to say, I'm super excited! But before I get there I must slog through Bryn & Mer's on-foot journey from Saratoga Springs to Portsmouth. They'll have some help from Pilot, which'll shorten the voyage considerably, and I'll only write some convos and the important stuff...but that's still a lot of dead time to muddle through. Fortunately, it'll be livened up by banter, flirting, and the eventual succumbing to carnal desires of the flesh...and admissions of affection. I'm kind of excited about that bit, too ;}~
Anyway, I should get back to writing...just wanted to make sure I updated this blog before passing out again...or before the Frankenstorm knocks out my power.
Stay dry, my friends.
